Abstract
The evaluation of psychology programs in the educational field must be comprehensive, considering both normative requirements and the subjectivity of the evaluated individuals. It is essential for evaluators to develop interpersonal skills, maintain an open attitude for dialogue, and understand the social, political, and psychological context of the programs. Additionally, they must recognize the human potential within institutions, promote the exchange of experiences, and stay updated with national and international policies. Continuous training for evaluators is key to strengthening the quality and relevance of psychology programs, as it enhances the effectiveness and relevance of educational evaluation.
